an informal group of professionals and community members who make a BIG impact in the lives of our area seniors and those who care for them.
We are dedicated to educating caregivers about the resources available to them in New York's Capital Region.
Each member of our Coalition strives to
live our mission in our professional and personal lives.
Our Mission:
To empower caregivers by spotlighting their indispensable role in caring for older adults.
To provide essential resources, information, advocacy and support for caregivers of older adults.
To promote community awareness of, sensitivity to, and compassion for caregivers of older adults.
